(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 54.035 through 54.050 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine or penalty as listed in the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances. (C) Any user who is found to have violated an order of the Town or who has failed to comply with any provision of §§ 54.095 through 54.102 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine or penalty as listed in the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
