IF THE WORK IS STARTED PRIOR TO OBTAINING PROPER PERMITS YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE THE PERMIT FEE!
Engineering fees, any fees or cost incurred by the Village of Walbridge for Village Engineer plan review, revision, meeting, consultations, inspection cost or any other service expense will be forwarded to the property owner for 100% reimbursement, whom shall be responsible for covering these costs. These fees shall not exceed $2,650 unless otherwise negotiated by the Village and the developer/owner of such property.
