(a) There is created a Treasury Investment Board of Walbridge, Ohio.
(b) The Treasury Investment Board shall consist of the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer and the Solicitor.
(c) There is created a treasury investment account.
(d) The Treasury Investment Board may invest moneys in the treasury of the municipality in accordance with Ohio R. C. 731.56 to 731.59.
