1153.05 YARD REQUIREMENTS; RESIDENTIAL.
   (a)   Minimum front yard depth: seventy feet for all federal or state highways; fifty feet for all other roads.
   (b)   Minimum side yard width: fifty feet.
   (c)   Minimum side yard width:   
      (1)   Minimum side yard: twenty feet.
      (2)   Total side yard: forty feet.
