§ 131.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   A minor who violates the curfew hours set forth in § 131.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, and may be subject to appropriate action by a juvenile court in accordance with Tex. Family Code, §§ 51.03 and 51.08, and Tex. Penal Code, § 8.07.
   (B)   A parent of a minor who violates the curfew hours set forth in § 131.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
   (C)   A person who violates a provision of the chapter is guilty of separate offenses for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted.
   (D)   In assessing punishment for either a parent or a minor, the Municipal Court Judge may consider a community service or Teen Court program.
