§ 111.08  STATE LAW.
   (A)   The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is incorporated herein by reference.
   (B)   A violation of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is a violation of this subchapter.
   (C)   If any section of this subchapter is in direct conflict with any provision of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, the applicable provision of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code shall govern.
