§ 93.11 MAINTAINING PUBLIC NUISANCE; VIOLATION.
   If, after receiving notice as herein provided, requiring the removal and abatement, and not requesting a hearing as herein provided, a person fails to remove and abate the junked vehicle within the ten-day period provided for herein, the person shall be guilty of a violation of maintaining a public nuisance. If a public hearing is requested and held and the Municipal Judge issues an order directing the removal and abatement of a junked vehicle, and the person to whom the resolution or order is directed fails to remove or abate the junked vehicle within five days from the date of the order or resolution, the person shall be in violation of maintaining a public nuisance. A violation of maintaining a public nuisance under any of the provisions hereof shall be subject to the provisions of § 93.99.
