§ 92.14  ABATEMENT BY COURT ORDER; PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATIONS.
   It is unlawful for any person within the city to commit, cause, create, permit, keep or otherwise maintain a nuisance and fail to correct nuisance within ten days after the notice required by § 92.11 and/or § 92.12. Whenever it shall appear to the court that the nuisance continues at the time of conviction, the court shall order the removal, abatement or destruction of the nuisance, as the case may require, and shall issue a separate warrant therefor. The court shall inquire into the probable cost of removal, abatement or destruction and shall tax the cost thereof against the defendant as cost in the case. Any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be prosecuted for the commission of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or a portion thereof during which any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed or continued, and upon conviction of any such violation in municipal court, such person shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,000.
