§ 31.10  DEPUTY CITY SECRETARY.
   (A)   Creation of office.
      (1)   The position of Deputy City Secretary is hereby created.
      (2)   The Deputy City Secretary shall be appointed and terminated by the City Administrator.
      (3)   The compensation of the Deputy City Secretary shall be set from time to time by the City Council.
      (4)   The Deputy City Secretary shall be considered an at will employee of the city.
   (B)   Qualifications.
      (1)   High School diploma or GED;
      (2)   Education and/or training in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance; and
      (3)   Must be bondable.
