(A) items between $0 and $20 are allowed to be purchased using the Petty Cash Box.
(B) Items between $20.01 and $2,500 are allowed to be purchased by the Department Head.
(C) Items between $2,500.01 and $5,000 are allowed to be purchased by the Purchasing Agent.
(D) Items between $5,000.01 and $10,000 are allowed to be purchased by the Mayor.
(E) Items over $10,000.01 are to be presented to the City Council for action.
(F) This does not propose to change the Purchasing Procedures as outlined in § 37.15.
