§ 31.20  DEPUTY COURT CLERK.
   (A)   The position of Deputy Court Clerk is hereby created in order to handle the same duties and responsibilities as the Court Clerk.
   (B)   The full-time City Secretary shall be named as the Deputy Court Clerk and shall perform the duties heretofore mentioned.
