(A) The position of Purchasing Agent is hereby created to make purchases for the City of Wake Village, Texas.
(B) The duties and responsibilities of the position as outlined in Resolution No. 11-90, which duties are attached to Ordinance 16-90, as set forth in § 37.15, are hereby adopted and made a part of this section.
(C) The City Administrator shall be named as the Purchasing Agent and shall perform the duties heretofore mentioned.
