§ 90.12  LICENSING OUTSIDE OF RABIES CLINIC; PROOF OF VACCINATION.
   If a license is obtained at any other time, the person seeking the license shall submit proof of rabies vaccination prior to being issued a license.  The price of the license shall be the same, whether issued during the rabies vaccination program or after.
