§ 90.10  RESTRAINT; CRIMINAL PENALTY.
   (A)   A person commits an offense if:
      (1)   The person fails or refuses to restrain an animal owned by the person; and
      (2)   The animal is required to be restrained under this chapter.
   (B)   An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
