§ 30.31  PAPER DOCUMENTS. 
   No member of the Council or other person shall take any papers from the Secretary’s office.  Copies of any official papers will be furnished to members of the Council and department heads when needed for official business.  All other persons will be charged for copies as set forth in § 33.30 of this code of ordinances.
