§ 30.22  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   The order of business for regular Council meetings shall be as follows:
      (1)   Meeting called to order;
      (2)   Roll call;
      (3)   Invocation;
      (4)   Presentation of minutes of previous meeting;
      (5)   Consideration of matters submitted by Mayor;
      (6)   Acceptance of petitions heretofore filed by the Secretary with the Mayor;
      (7)   Docketed public hearings;
      (8)   Citizens to be heard; and
      (9)   Adjournment.
   (B)   The procedure of all meetings will be held in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
