(A) (1) Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. and may be recessed from time to time.
(2) In the event that the scheduled meeting day falls on a holiday, the meeting for that day shall be held at 7:00 p.m. the following Monday.
(B) All official meetings of the Council shall be held in public in the City Hall.
