As chief elections officer of the City of Wake Village, the City Secretary shall provide at least one ES&S Auto Mark’s Voter Assist Terminal, Version 1.0.168 in each polling place in every polling location used to conduct any election ordered on or after January 1, 2006. The Auto Mark’s Voter Assist Terminal, Version 1.0.168 may be acquired by any legal means available to the city, including but not limited to lease or rental from the County of Bowie or from any other legal source, as authorized or required by Tex. Election Code, §§ 123.032 and 123.035.
