(A) The hereinbelow described property currently located within the corporate limits of the City of Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas, will from and after this date be located within the City of Wake Village, Bowie County, Texas:
Lots Numbered 26, 27, 28 and 29, and the remaining portion of Lot Numbered 30 as platted in the Belmont Subdivision to the City of Texarkana, Texas.
(B) The hereinbelow described property currently located within the corporate limits of the City of Wake Village, Bowie County, Texas, will from and after this date be located within the City of Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas:
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the M.E.P.& P. Railway Company Survey, Abstract No. 435, Bowie County, Texas, and being a part of Lots Numbered Five (5) and Twenty-One (21) of said Survey, and the subject tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at the platted southwest corner of Lot Numbered 153 of the Belmont Subdivision of the City of Texarkana, Texas;
THENCE: South 89° 58' east a distance of 1018.5 feet along the platted southern boundary line of said Belmont Subdivision to a point for corner; said point being on the platted southern boundary line of Lot Numbered 170 of said Belmont Subdivision and the western right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151);
THENCE: South 01° 12' east a distance of 1653.95 feet along the western right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) to a point;
THENCE: South 05° 36' West a distance of 155.33 feet along the west right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) to a point for corner;
THENCE: South 88° 06' West a distance of 83.67 feet along the western right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) to a point for corner;
THENCE: South 01° 51' east a distance of 550.00 feet along the western right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) to a point for corner;
THENCE: North 88° 06' east a distance of 567.92 feet across U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) and along the common city limit boundary of the Cities of Wake Village, Texas, and Texarkana, Texas, as established by Ordinance No. 41-59 adopted by the City Council of the City of Texarkana, Texas, on August 11, 1959, to a point for corner;
THENCE: North 02° 00' West a distance of 1337.66 feet along the city limits of Texarkana, Texas, as established by said Ordinance No. 41-59, to a point;
THENCE: North 03° 53' east a distance 377.56 feet along the city limits of Texarkana, Texas, as established by said Ordinance No. 41-59, to a point;
THENCE: North 05° 26' west a distance of 646.56 feet along the city limits of Texarkana, Texas, as established by said Ordinance No. 41-59, to a point for corner; said point also being on the eastern right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151);
THENCE: South 88° 00' west a distance of 439.35 feet across U.S. Highway 59 (Loop 151) and along the city limits of Texarkana, Texas, as established by said Ordinance No. 41-59 to a point on the platted southern boundary line of Lot Numbered 170 of said Belmont Subdivision, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 26.4 acres of land, more or less.
