(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to locate or maintain any mobile/HUD manufactured home in any place in the city, other than a duly licensed and lawful mobile/HUD manufactured home park.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to maintain, locate or live in any such mobile/HUD manufactured home without first obtaining the necessary building, plumbing, and electrical permits from the City Secretary of the city.
(C) (1) Where mobile trailers or HUD manufactured homes have been located inside the city limits but outside of approved and licensed mobile/HUD manufactured home parks prior to the enactment of this chapter, no additional permits of any kind shall be issued by the inspection division of the Department of Public Works of the city for any work on the property on which the home is located, until the home has been removed or permission obtained as outlined hereinabove.
(2) In instances where an owner has a mobile/HUD manufactured home legally located in the city limits of the city, the home may continue at that location, but the home may not be moved and another substituted in its place without securing approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the city.
