(A) An adequate supply of pure water for drinking and sanitary purposes shall be supplied by pipes to all buildings and to all mobile/HUD manufactured home spaces within the park to meet the requirements of the park. Each of the individual home spaces shall be provided with permanent water and sewer connections to be affixed to the home before occupancy.
(B) All plumbing work performed within the park shall comply in all respects with the requirements of the Plumbing Code of the city.
