(A) The annual license fee for each mobile/HUD manufactured home shall be in accordance with the following schedule: as provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time.
(B) The fee for transfer of a license shall be as provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time.
(C) The temporary permit fee for each 90-day period shall be one-half the annual license fee prescribed in division (A) of this section.
