§ 151.02 GENERAL PROHIBITION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, maintain, or permit to stand upon any premises within the city any dangerous buildings. All such dangerous buildings are hereby declared to be unlawful, and are hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
