§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 150.16 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500.  Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
