§ 150.55 FAILURE TO PERFORM REPAIRS; LIABILITY TO CITY FOR COSTS.

Should the responsible party fail to make any required repairs within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days of being notified by the city, the city is authorized and may make the repairs, and the responsible party shall be liable to the city for the reasonable costs of repair.
