§ 150.53  NOTICE TO PERFORM REPAIRS; LIABILITY TO CITY FOR COSTS.
   The contractors or developers responsible and liable for the maintenance of streets and utilities will be given reasonable notice by the city and the first opportunity to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance.  If it is determined by the City Engineer that the maintenance and repairs must be performed immediately in order to prevent property damage or personal injury, the city may make all necessary repairs, and the responsible party shall thereafter be liable to the city for the reasonable cost of repairs.
