§ 150.49 APPROVAL OF CITY ENGINEER REQUIRED.

All such plans and specifications and other documents and instruments necessary for the construction of the streets, alleys, and utility mains and services, for bid and the construction of the same, are subject to the approval of the City Engineer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
