The permit fees charged by the city for building permits in the city shall computed and charged as follows:
(A) Minimum valuations. The following minimum valuation shall be used to set fees:

$500,000 and up | As provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time |
(C) A schedule of interpolated fees as provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time, is attached to Ordinance 18-82 as Schedule A and made a part hereof.
(1) Demolition of buildings or structures. To include removal of slabs, foundations of buildings, residue of fires or other destroyed improvements - the fee shall be as provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time.
(2) Moving of buildings or structures. From, to, through or inside of the City of Wake Village, Texas - the fee shall be as provided by a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time.
(3) Remodeling. The valuation of a remodeling shall be estimated at the time of submission of the plans and specifications to the City Superintendent.
(4) Work without a permit. If work for which a permit is required by this code is begun or proceeded with prior to obtaining a permit, or continued after cancellation of a permit, the fees herein shall be doubled in addition to all other penalties under this code.
