§ 150.02 TEXARKANA URBAN TRANSPORTATION STUDY ADOPTED.

The city does respectfully commend and endorse the comprehensive transportation planning program, and hereby adopts Volumes 1 and 2 of the Texarkana Urban Transportation Study as a Master Plan for development of transportation facilities.
