§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of §§ 130.15 through 130.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 for each offense.  Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any violation of §§ 130.15 through 130.20 can be enjoined by a suit filed in the name of the City of Wake Village in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this remedy shall be in addition to any penal provision in this subchapter or in the code of the City of Wake Village.
   (C)   Any person who violates any part of § 130.02, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $2,000. Each occurrence of a violation of § 130.02, shall constitute a separate offense. The penalty for any person convicted of a second or subsequent offense shall be not less than $1,000 and not more than $2,000.
