(A) The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license is as provided on a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time.
(B) If an applicant is required by this code also to obtain a dance hall license or public house of amusement license for the business at a single location, payment of the fee for the sexually oriented business license exempts the applicant from payment of the fees for the dance hall or public house of amusement license.
