§ 113.22  FEES.
   The permit fee for a massage business shall be as provided on a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time, per year.  The permit fee for masseurs shall be as provided on a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time, per year.
