Any violation of the terms of this chapter is a misdemeanor and may be punished as the Municipal Court of the City of Wake Village, Texas may direct, not to exceed $200 per violation. Each day that this chapter is violated, each person violating this chapter and each attempted contact or contact with any person, business, or entrance into the city shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter.
