(A) The fees for permits shall be determined by the City Council by resolution and may be amended from time to time to reflect an amount that is equitable to the permit seeker, and reflects a fair cost to the city of granting permits and enforcing this chapter.
(B) (1) The fee for a three-day permit, for itinerant solicitors, is set in an amount to be determined by Council from time to time.
(2) An annual fee, in an amount to be determined by Council from time to time, is set for street vendors with permanent businesses.
