§ 112.05 BOND.

If the permit seeker is soliciting donations or selling merchandise, whether to be delivered immediately or after the sale, the City Secretary may require a bond in an amount sufficient to indemnify any and all citizens should the permit holder not comply with the terms of the sale or contract or other agreement or obligation.
