§ 112.04  CONVICTION OF THEFT OR MORAL TURPITUDE.
   No permit shall be issued if the person seeking the permit or any person in the employment of the permit seeker, or any person who will be operating under the permit, has been convicted of any crime of theft or moral turpitude.  The term CONVICTION shall include any conviction or sentence which has been suspended, probated, deferred, or unadjudicated, notwithstanding the conviction or sentence has been dismissed, paroled, pardoned, or expunged.
