§ 111.36 APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS.

The prohibitions of this subchapter shall not apply to otherwise lawful sales of ammunition or devices related to firearms, to include gunpowder for loading of ammunition or muzzleloading, blank cartridges for theatrical purposes or athletic contests or sports events, for the use of lawful police or military purpose, or flares used for roadside safety.
