For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FIREWORKS. Shall include all incendiary devices sold or offered for sale for the purpose of entertainment or pyrotechnic or sound displays when ignited, to include but not limited to Roman candles, fire balloons, flares, shooting stars, rockets, torpedoes, whistles, and other combinations of the above. The term FIRECRACKERS shall include all explosive devices sold or offered for sale for the purpose of entertainment or sound and/or light displays, when ignited, including but not limited to artillery simulators, M-80s and Chinese firecrackers.
