§ 111.17  FREQUENCY OF SALES.
   No person shall conduct or shall there be conducted at any address or residence, more than four casual sales in any 12-month period.  No person shall conduct more than two casual sales in any 30-day period. No casual sale shall last more than three consecutive calendar days.
