For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CASUAL SALES. Include garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, rummage sales, and all such sales of merchandise wherein items are displayed for sale, and the sales are held in other than established businesses. CASUAL SALES shall include sales of new or used clothes, appliances, furniture, or other
merchandise.
