§ 111.03  OPEN CONTAINERS THROWN FROM VEHICLE.
   The throwing of an open container of the type generally used for alcoholic beverages from out of any vehicle shall be prima facie evidence that the occupants thereof were then and there drinking alcoholic beverages in violation of this subchapter and in itself shall be a violation of this subchapter.
