(A) The primary users of the fields will be organizations who serve the youth and adults of Wake Village and are open to all who wish to participate. The citizens of Wake Village will be allowed use of the fields when not already scheduled by organized groups or other citizens. We recommend that no organized group (ball league) be able to have exclusive rights to the fields for practice or games on Sundays. Field usage for Sundays must be scheduled through the City Hall point of contact by individual teams, church groups, and families on a first-come first-serve basis. Recommend that the same rule apply for Saturdays with the exception of special tournaments and makeup games that may occur during the primary ball playing season.
(B) The Wake Village City Council reserves the right to oversee and assign concession stands to ensure fair operations to each league. A maintenance deposit as provided on a fee schedule maintained by the City Secretary, adopted by the City Council from time to time, will be required for the use of concession stands. Leagues which the City Council has granted use of concession stands will be exempt from this deposit during their scheduled league play and tournaments.
