§ 96.30  ONE POINT OF CONTACT FOR SCHEDULES AND USAGE.
   (A)   (1)   The city shall designate one point of contact for schedules and field usage.  A person at City Hall would be in charge of assigning the field(s) to organizations that qualify.  Each organization must submit a schedule of field usage to the city point of contact for their entire playing season. 
      (2)   ORGANIZATIONS WHO QUALIFY means has a board of directors, league insurance, by-laws, constitution and the like, and other requirements as directed by the City Council.
