§ 94.09  MINORS PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING SMOKING AREAS. 
   Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, minors are prohibited from entering any designated public smoking area, any designated employee smoking area, and/or any other area where smoking is not regulated pursuant to §§ 94.01 through 94.13.
