After the passage of this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate or propel or cause to be driven, operated or propelled any motor or other vehicle across sidewalks within the city limits of the City of Wake Village, Texas; provided, however, this section shall not apply to persons driving across sidewalks into their driveway, or into any business place where there is a drive-in ramp servicing the place or places.
