§ 70.24  PROHIBITING MOTOR  VEHICLES ON PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   MOTOR VEHICLES shall include automobiles, trucks, motor homes, trailers, motorbikes, motorcycles, minibikes, motor scooters, and all other motor-driven machinery or conveyances.
   (B)   No motor vehicle shall be driven on any private property without the permission of the owner, lessor, tenant or other person rightfully in charge, or bearing the authority to allow the same.
   (C)   No motor vehicle shall be driven on non-traveled portions of public parks, or any other public property, either owned by, rented to, or leased to the City of Wake Village.  Motor vehicles may use roads, streets, or designated parking areas only, and may not drive or park on play areas, baseball fields, or other areas not intended to be used by motor vehicles.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to motor vehicles being used with the permission of the city, to perform repairs, building, or other work that necessitates the motor vehicle being driven on or over the public property.
