§ 70.23  TRAFFIC CIRCLE.
   (A)   All traffic approaching, entering, traversing, or otherwise at or in the intersection of Redwater Road and Burma Road in the city will be controlled as follows:
      (1)   Traffic will flow around the traffic circle in a counter-clockwise direction;
      (2)   Traffic already within the circle will have the right-of-way over traffic entering the traffic circle; and
      (3)   Traffic approaching the intersection will yield and grant the immediate use and right-of-way of the intersection and traffic circle to vehicles already in the intersection or traffic circle, and will proceed only when it may do so safely without interference or collision with traffic in the circle or intersection.
   (B)   Yield signs, indicating the requirement that traffic approaching the intersection yield to the traffic in the intersection will be placed facing the entering streets at the corners of those streets with the traffic circle, according to the plat attached to Ordinance 27-85 as Exhibit A.
   (C)   Traffic flow signs, consisting of arrows depicting the correct flow of traffic, and “KEEP RIGHT” signs directing entering traffic around the traffic circle will be erected on the circular median according to the plat attached to Ordinance 27-85 as Exhibit A.
