§ 70.22  SPEED LIMITS IN THE CITY.
   Unless otherwise indicated in Chapter 72, Schedule IV, it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motor vehicle on the public streets within the incorporated limits of the city at a greater rate of speed than 30 miles per hour.
