§ 54.05  TAP TO BE MADE BY CITY EMPLOYEES..
   The builder, developer, or owner who desires water services shall notify the City Secretary and City Superintendent of his or her or her requirement for a tap to the city water mains.  The water tap will only be made by city employees under the supervision of the City Superintendent.
