(A) ARKLA is hereby ordered to issue and file with the City Secretary of the City of Wake Village, Texas, tariff sheets containing residential and commercial rate schedules identical to those rate schedules attached to Ordinance 9-02 as Exhibit A, and that those rate schedules are hereby adopted, established and authorized as the proper, reasonable and lawful rates for such natural gas service. Exhibit A is herewith adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
(B) The rates, set out on the rate schedules filed pursuant to division (A) hereof, are to be observed by ARKLA, its successors and assigns until changed as provided by the Gas Utility Regulatory Act, Tex. Util. Code Ch. 101 et seq.
(C) This order, determining the level of rates to be charged and apply by ARKLA, shall be served upon ARKLA by United States mail.
(D) The tariff sheets approved by this section shall become effective with bills rendered on and after September 21, 2002.
